A word from Wendy:

My career has always been focused in sales. Negotiating comes naturally to me and I feel energized when I am representing my clients and arriving at accepted real estate agreements. My design training and organizational skills, help sellers get their homes ready to sell and help buyers envision possibilities in an older home. I have helped design and build homes in Marlboro and Holliston, and specialize in new construction and renovation ideas.

I’m up and out for a workout every morning, and my positive attitude never quits. I’m an advocate for those who need an extra push to start living a healthy life style. It provides the energy that keeps me going until the job is done.

Susan’s story:

I love change and enjoy travel, but Massachusetts has always been my home.  A lifelong learner, I have studied a variety of disciplines, and my degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Masters of Arts in Education. 

The Boston area draws people from every country in the world, and effective communication is essential in real estate.  My language skills and work experience simplify the process. 

After more than twenty years working in education, I am especially qualified to connect clients with school information and activities for children. Buyers and sellers benefit from my calm organized, step by step approach, beginning with effective listening.

I have a lifetime of experience in this area, and provide a wealth of resources for local information.  I am detail oriented; I understand the whole picture, and clients know that I put them first.
